Ivabelle Icao Bernabe was born in the Philippines, the seventh of eight children. She grew up in Pinan ZN, completed High School in Dipolog City and graduated Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business at Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
She has made Australia home since 1988.

Her talent in art began from an early age which included costume design and dance choreography. After several years in Australia, her passion for art later extended to picture painting.
She established her niche in the Art Industry with her own distinctive style and technique.
Ivabelle has shown her artworks in a number of solo and invitational exhibitions in Australia and other countries. (See Events)
Ivabelle is the main sponsor of the Bi-Annual Art Competition for “Ivabelle Awards” held in Dipolog City, Philippines since 2010. She also organize events in Brisbane to raise funds to help less privileged kids in Dipolog region thru art.
Her on-going contribution to the Filipino Artists in the Philippines was recognized and awarded by the Dipolog City Government.
Ivabelle’s work with artists in the Philippines was featured in the ArtLA magazine based in St Monica Cal USA .She was also accepted in the ArtLA group of selected artists.
In 2014, Ivabelle was featured by Empyre Media Production in “World of Arts” for QPTV, New York.
Ivabelle is also a broadcaster in 4eb Global Digital Brisbane with her own program “Let’s Talk Arts” since 2015. (Check out Broadcast)
Ivabelle was nominated as one of Queensland Filipino Australian Women Achievement Awards in 2013 for her contribution to the Filipino community in Brisbane.
Ivabelle is a full time employee of a giant telecommunication company in Australia. She lives in Brisbane with her husband and family.
